Every wardrobe is designed exclusively for our client’s and is made to order. Once an order is confirmed it normally takes 8-12 weeks to manufacture. Once in full production you will be contacted, and appropriate times will be organised for our experienced delivery and external installation specialists.
In most cases, one of Olessio’s expert designers can visit your home or meet you in our showroom as early as the next 1-2 business days.
If you have just changed your mind on a particular colour/finish or layout your designer can assist you with this.
If you want to cancel your order, there is a 5-day cooling-off period. After this period, you are bound by a legal contract, and Olessio is entitled to retain all reasonable costs and the expected margin that would have been derived from completing the job. This is subject to the non-excludable guarantees and warranties under Australian Consumer Law. Placing a wardrobe order initiates significant work, including original designs, check measuring, CAD drawings, and account management.
Olessio offer a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty on our cabinetry, with drawer runners and hinges covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. This gives you peace of mind, as we understand how important it is to feel confident in the quality and durability of your investment.
Yes, for a fee, just advise your site checker, and removal and disposal of your existing wardrobe will be arranged.
Olessio is a design and supply-only business. We strongly recommend using fully licensed and qualified tradespeople to install your wardrobes. Speak to your tradespeople beforehand and ask for references and examples of their recent work.
Olessio operates as a design and supply-only business. However, we can provide you with the names of qualified external installation specialists in your area who can assist with installation. Any information provided should not be considered a recommendation, but simply for informational purposes. You should conduct your own inquiries and make your own decision when engaging tradespeople to install your wardrobe.
Upon completion, we will provide you with a brochure containing tips on how to maintain and enjoy your new wardrobe.
